I have checked permissions a hundred times (if feels like) and she has permissions to the location. We would like to solve this issue as it appears to have happened to a few other people. We purchased Microsoft Web Expressions since the user was using Front page and XP SP3 and can drag and drop files into "my network places / intranet location" but cannot save directly through word or excel to the my network place location in the save tree. In office 2003 and office 2000 this was easily done. The user can open a file off of our intranet (iis5, old i know) but then cannot save it directly back.
